Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a “jack of all trades”, responsible for graphic design support for internal and external projects, plus the coordination and execution of ongoing marketing tasks including email and social media management, content creation, and website updates. This role assists in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that create brand awareness, educate our target market, generate leads, support leadership communications, and engage fellow teammates. Key responsibilities include crafting presentation decks and other marketing collateral for business development purposes; producing email and social media graphics; creating, sending, and analyzing email campaigns; managing the company’s LinkedIn presence; and maintaining brand consistency across all communications. This role works closely with the marketing and business development teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Designer Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s in-house designer, creating all visual content and collaborating with colleagues and outside vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Execute the brand development strategy by creating and maintaining the visual identity, messaging, and materials that reflect the brand’s strategic goals.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual style across all content types and platforms.
- Maintain the Marketing Portal to ensure colleagues' marketing requests are assigned, tracked, developed, and delivered appropriately.
- Maintain/update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and teams.
- Manage website content development, including layout design, visual assets, user experience (UX), and messaging to ensure consistency with the brand and the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Provide creative insights to improve future campaign strategy and execution.
- Train internal teams through workshops, best practices guidance, and documentation to support consistent execution and effective use of creative assets.
- Create and maintain inventory of marketing collateral and swag.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist in creating written content for website, marketing slicks, email, social media, and more. Must love copywriting!
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns (digital, email, etc.), developing concepts, visuals, and messaging that align with strategic objectives.
- Lead the execution of email and digital marketing campaigns: Schedule, send, and analyze results.
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts (visuals and copy). manage LinkedIn presence/activity.
- Provide planning and support for event/conference attendance.
- Maintain the company’s marketing content calendar.
- Support the collection of video content; edit and produce videos for promotional purposes (primarily social media)
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience designing and conceptualizing designs for a technology-focused brand or in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
- Experience with email platforms (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website analytics (G4, Fathom Analytics, etc.) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of video editing tools highly desired (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to create effective and persuasive written content
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong desire to learn and grow in this role and within this fast-growing company / industry

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Enabled Energy Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and paid time off (PTO).
- The annual salary range for this position is $66,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a discretionary quarterly performance bonuses is provided for this position.
- This role is eligible for remote or in-office work, based on candidate preference and business needs.
