Looking for an experienced, talented, and energetic cosmetic procedure patient coordinator for a full time employment , multi-doctor practice medical center.

Position will be call center led- ideal candidates are responsible for taking all cosmetic calls and provide patients with information on our procedures etc.

Ideal candidate needs to strive in a customer service environment

• Needs to demonstrate ability to engage with patients.

• Detail oriented and with excellent communication skills.

• Must have a professional appearance that represents our upscale practice.

• Needs to participate in practice marketing.

• Collects cosmetic deposit fees.

• Coordinates with clinical staff to get information for all patients.

• Documents and maintains all correspondence with patients

• Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.

• Minimum 2 year of experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
