AI & Automation Integration Manager:Responsible for leading and coordinating the company's enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and automation strategy, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business priorities and scalable across departments. Evaluate pilot, and guide adoption of emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools, establishing best practices and standards. Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal information systems, data workflows, and reporting platforms, and is accountable for aligning AI and automation efforts with business objectives across departments. Supervise at least one technical team member and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency through intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Two (2) years of experience in job offered, AI implementation or intelligent automation, or related field. Any amount of experience in additional requirements section below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. All experience can be concurrent. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include: 1) At least two (2) years of experience designing and implementing automation workflows and system integrations using APIs. workflow automation platforms, cloud services, and AI-assisted development tools. 2) At least (2) years of experience developing web-based integrations and tools using technologies, including HTML. 3) At least two (2) years of experience with SQL and business intelligence tools, including PowerBI for data modeling, analysis, and reporting. 4) Experience with programming languages, including Python and Java or similar programming languages. 5) Experience coordinating technical initiatives or leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
