Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Interpret and execute blueprints and schematics to perform machining tasks.

2. Program and set up CNC machines to perform the necessary operations.

3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

4. Utilize mechanical inspection tools to verify the quality and precision of machined parts.

5. Operate various machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and drills.

6. Select appropriate tools and materials for machining processes.

7. Accurately measure and calibrate equipment to ensure precision in machining tasks.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.

9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.

10. Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient in blueprint reading and machine programming.

3. Solid knowledge of lathe operation, mill operation, grinding, drilling, and tooling.

4. Skilled in using precision measurement tools and equipment calibration.

5. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Good physical condition and stamina to perform repetitive tasks.

10. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
