The Role:

Manage our website (WordPress/WP Engine), build community landing pages, implement analytics tracking, and create the marketing technology systems to support company growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage and update hughstonhomes.com (WordPress on WP Engine)
• Build community landing pages and microsites
• Optimize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking infrastructure
• Integrate marketing tools with our CRM
• Optimize for SEO, site speed, and conversions
• Create landing pages for marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For Required:

• 1-2 years WordPress development experience
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Google Analytics and Tag Manager knowledge
• Clear communicator across technical and creative teams
• Self-motivated and independent

Nice to Have:

• CRM integration experience
• Zapier or automation tools
• Real estate/homebuilder website experience
