Lead and manage the development and execution of digital marketing, product marketing, and word-of-mouth outreach strategies, programs, and content to drive awareness and adoption of proprietary branded products. Oversee demand generation activities and communications strategies with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape on behalf of Supply Chain LOBs as well as cross-LOB programs/initiatives.
Lead marketing and communications team to plan, execute, and deliver strategic product marketing and communications
Develop marketing plans in support of organizational goals and ensure plans align with enterprise brand position and future market strategy; work with LOBs for effective connectivity and the development of a strong and collective market presence
Develop compelling product positioning statements, value propositions, and messaging, based on product differentiators for proprietary software and materials
Create diverse range of brand/marketing assets including videos, social, collateral, product presentations, sales materials, and product documentation
Execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product use and adoption
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Establish and cultivate relationships across the organization to maximize collaboration, learning, and integration
Organize and drive cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, ensuring successful go-to-market execution
Identify opportunities and message integration at tradeshows and events
Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in product marketing strategies and tactics
Act as steward of enterprise brand and how brand gets communicated and presented by LOBs and market segments; lead the development of new corporate brands and roll out strategies and plans
Engage in staff development as well as actively participate on the Marketing Management team and cross-LOB strategy teams
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
Advanced understanding of brand management concepts and building/execution techniques
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that cut across multiple businesses with many stakeholders
Eyecare industry or product branding experience
Product marketing experience including strategic market research, product positioning/messaging, and segmentation
Project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including grammar, style, and usage
Practical knowledge and experience in digital and social media and online marketing
Ability to work with individuals from all levels of the organization
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
