We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who’ll be responsible for owning our Instagram and TikTok presence: developing ideas, filming yourself, editing videos, and staying ahead of trends. If you're constantly consuming parenting content, understand what resonates, and can turn a trend into engaging content fast, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Own the end-to-end creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
2. Film yourself regularly as on-camera talent for Auggie content
3. Translate parenting trends, moments, and memes into on-brand content quickly
4. Collaborate with our founder & CEO to co-create and refine social strategy
5. Track analytics to iterate and optimize content performance
6. Potential to support in scheduling, community engagement, and working with external creators

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or short-form video
2. Deep familiarity with parenting content, creators, and communities
3. Strong on-camera presence and comfort filming yourself regularly
4. Highly fluent in social trends and platform best practices (especially TikTok + IG Reels)
5. Skilled in video editing and design tools including Canva
6. Fast-moving, self-directed, and organized

Bonus If You Have:

1. Experience working with startups or consumer brand
2. Familiarity with email marketing tools or basic scheduling platforms
3. A strong writing voice, especially for captions and community engagement
