Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content strategies for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on short videos and reels.Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality, shareable content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience. Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on major social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.Utilize platform-specific tools and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other content creators to amplify reach and engagement. Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, with samples showcasing short video and reel content.Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Proficient in video editing tools and software as necessary to produce content.Creative storytelling and writer.Ability to adapt to evolving trends and algorithms on social media platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform content strategy. Education and Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a focus on short video formats.
