CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our communications team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs for various user-facing digital and traditional print communications. The Senior Graphic Designer will also provide excellent technical and critical-thinking skills and mentorship to junior designers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce Designs for Use Across All Communication Channels, Including Digital, Print, Web Applications, Video and Social Media
• Collaborate Across Departments to Produce Culturally Relevant and User-Centered Communications and Campaigns
• Adhere to Company Brand Guidelines (Internal and Client-Specific), Audit Existing Creative Assets for Brand Accuracy and Design Errors
• Supervise Junior Graphic Designers; Provide Creative Guidance and Feedback, Nurturing Their Talents, and Pushing the Boundaries of Their Creativity
• Comfortable Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously with Tight Deadlines Without Jeopardizing Quality
• Communicate Effectively and Confidently Present Your Design Reasoning and Vision to Clients and Internal Stakeholders
• Print Management, Including Preparing Print-Ready Artwork, Managing Production Schedules, Signing Off on Proofs and Tracking Costs (Quotes and Invoices)

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Five to Eight Years of Experience
• BA In Graphic Design or Similar Area of Focus
• Extensive Knowledge of Graphic Design, Styles and Techniques
• Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365
• Working Knowledge Of HTML/CSS And Experience Working Within Website Content Management Systems Such as Squarespace, Wordpress or Constant Contact
• Keen Eye for Design and Evolving Design Trends, Evidenced in A Strong Portfolio
• Solid Written and Verbal Communication Skills with The Ability to Express Your Ideas Visually and Verbally
• Organized and Excellent Design Management Abilities
• High Sense of Personal Accountability and Ownership
• Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
