Job Description:

National business-to-business [B2B] multimedia publishing company is seeking a well-organized, highly accurate, meticulous Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work with the Publisher of four trade publications. Publishing platforms include digital and social media marketing, websites, e-newsletters, eBooks, webinars, digital, print, and social media publications.


Job highlights include:

  • Frontloading pitch calls by providing the publisher with relevant content marketing and advertising opportunities from a “menu” of established options or, as applicable, custom opportunities
  • Identifying and pulling relevant statistics from reader survey data to make each sales pitch more compelling
  • Creating follow-up proposals to present to clients, post-pitch call, using a template
  • Proofreading all written communications to ensure they are “letter perfect”
  • Identifying, scheduling, and frontloading (as described above) sales pitch calls for the publisher from among inbound marketing partner prospects
  • Attending pitch calls on "Teams" and providing ‘debriefing’ notes to publisher
  • Setting up follow-up Teams meetings for dates and times agreed upon during pitch calls
  • Preparing and tracking sponsorship and advertising agreements
  • Managing online presence: This includes the company website, social media accounts, and email campaigns.
  • Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and reporting on the results.
  • Assisting in event planning and execution

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

Experience with SalesForce, WordPress, Constant Contact, Teams and Zoom

Media sales, marketing, and project management experience a plus
