Duties
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Utilize strong communication skills to promote sales and build customer loyalty
- Demonstrate product knowledge in technology, jewelry, and wireless sales
- Provide multilingual support to customers, especially in Spanish if applicable
- Ensure phone etiquette is professional and courteous
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is required
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for transactions and inventory management is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
