Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing digital marketing projects. This includes working with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects through all stages of the project life cycle, including scoping, planning, budgeting, timeline development, and delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and report any variances
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with projects
• Manage issues in JIRA and Basecamp
• Conduct weekly reporting and triage issues
• Serve as a central point of contact to clients and internal PMO
• Manage the budget and pacing of hours on a project
• Assist the project team with basic MarTech tasks as needed
• Understand the principles of CX, SEO, and Ecommerce
• Provide proactive communication and suggestions for process improvement

  Desired Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing projects
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Tags, SEO, eCommerce, CDP, and CX preferred.
• Strong project management skills and experience with JIRA, Basecamp, and other project management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Knowledge of SEO, CX, Analytics, and Ecommerce
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ideal candidates will have experience in an agency setting.
• Experience working with Agile-Scrum methodology is preferred but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
