We are seeking a highly independent and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate de-installation projects for diagnostic devices. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate de-installation and disposition activities with field teams, project teams, and logistics partners.
• Track and communicate project activities, schedules, and updates.
• Maintain documentation for customer asset information, process work orders, cases, and returns.
• Research and validate customer asset records to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage and review data using MS Office, Salesforce, and Oracle.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Salesforce/Oracle knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
