Role Description

This is a part-time and/or Full-time role for a Life Skills Coach. The Life Skills Coach will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients in developing essential skills to manage daily life activities, such as financial management, basic nutrition and wellness, time management, goal setting, and maintaining healthy relationships. The Life Skills Coach will work with clients on a one-on-one basis to identify areas of improvement, implement personalized learning plans, and provide ongoing support and feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse populations.
• A strong sense of empathy and commitment to promoting well-being with others.
• Experience in coaching, teaching, or counseling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Prior experience serving populations with diverse abilities or life experiences is a plus.
