Junior Designer, Social Media

About the Role

The Junior Designer, Social Media will design and create digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms. This position will work closely with the Creative Director, Art & Digital to establish, adapt and maintain the social media creative direction as outlined by ESPRIT’s brand guidelines. This role will push the boundaries of social media creative and establish new and creative executions that support ESPRIT’s global brand vision.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Design digital marketing materials for ESPRIT’s social media platforms.

• Understand design concepts and how to adapt to suit the needs of social media.

• Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.

• Able to pitch unique ideas for design projects.

• Conduct competitive market research to ensure ESPRIT is relevant in the marketplace.

• Take direction from Creative Art Directors, adapting and building upon as necessary.

• Adhere to project deadlines and deliverables.

Your Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

• 1+ year in an internship or entry-level graphic design role.

• Familiarity with Adobe Suites, Figma, and asset management tools.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with agility to pivot projects to meet the demands of the business.
