Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior Java Full Stack Engineer who can build enterprise-grade applications and bring agentic AI into production. The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring and Angular fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. The candidate must also bring a security-first mindset, with practical exposure to identifying and fixing application vulnerabilities in a regulated enterprise environment

Generic Managerial Skills, If Any

Technical leadership across multiple engineering teams without relying solely on formal authority.

Ability to translate security and platform risks into prioritized engineering roadmaps.

Executive-ready communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional decision-making.

Mentoring, engineering standard adoption, change leadership, and delivery governance.
