Primary Job Responsibilities / What you will do

This position will be responsible for:

• Owning all aspects of the Airstreams
  • Airstream locations – Determine which corporations, festivals, events, retailers we should be partnering with.
  • Determine any fee’s and negotiate on our behalf
  • Marketing – Ensure we promote each event.
  • Product assortment – Change out the look and feel of each Airstream – as needed
  • Signage – Support the Airstream with educational and promotional signage for the end customers
  • Staffing – ensure we have proper support for each event
  • Event set-up
  • Logistics including any permits needed
  • Post event evaluation – learn and apply

• Manage the calendar and ensure logistically each Airstream is being utilized efficiently.
• Manage budget including analyzing each event costs.

Qualifications / Who you are

• Previous Experiential experience preferred
• Bachelors degree is Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written format.
• Adept at both working independently and collaborating with others
• Strong project management skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours – as needed
• Has solid organizational skills - planning, expediting, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Willing to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $75000-95000.00
