About the Role:

 

Job Title: Sr. Experiential Marketing Specialist (Event Marketing Specialist)

 

Job Description:

The Senior Experiential Marketing Specialist will support the team with a variety of live and digital external and internal events. The ideal candidate is a hardworking and high-achieving event professional who can run and provide support for multiple event projects simultaneously.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to mid-sized events and tradeshows from concept to completion, owning multiple work streams and working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Oversee the technical and event production for virtual events, including managing project plans, audio-visual vendors, speaker management, virtual meeting platforms, invites and registration, etc.
  • Provide onsite support for in-person events in both a lead & and secondary capacity.
  • Coordinate site selection, food and beverage vendors, audio-visual elements, event collateral and printing, shipping, and receiving of materials to/from event sites.
  • Manage event registration platform, responsibilities include building websites and registration forms, sending outbound communications, and pulling together performance measurement data & and survey results for presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Own and manage relationships with swag vendors including sourcing, inventory management, distribution, etc.
  • Manage all projects at or under the allocated budget, paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reconciliation.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative agency roles.
  • Very little direction day-to-day and can easily understand what is required to do the job.
  • Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong multi-tasking and time management skills including effectively prioritizing and executing tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with event registration platforms and tools such as Splash and Cvent.
  • Able to be onsite and travel to events approximately 1-2 times a month - varies based on the event calendar.
  • Proven proficiency in software applications, including G-Drive and apps, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Splash, Smartsheet, and other technology as adopted by the team.

 

Location: Seattle, WA (100% Remote)

 

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $70,000 – $80,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
