WorkBright is a fully remote company. We are accepting applications from candidates located in the US, but give preference to candidates located in Colorado for this position.

 

We support our clients' HR needs, and the Director of Marketing role is pivotal to the success of the business as we move forward with a re-articulation of our brand and marketing strategy to attract larger enterprise accounts.

 

THE ROLE

 

We are looking for an innovative, strategic, performance-driven individual to lead our marketing team. This individual must have a track record of successfully driving B2B consumers through multi-channel marketing strategies, in order to support our companies scaling revenue goals.

 

This person will lead the marketing team to design, develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and high quality lead generation, while digging in and getting tactical where necessary to achieve department and company goals. They will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and owning KPIs to include: lead generation, SQL conversion rates, and cost per acquisition targets.

 

In addition to inspiring and leading a team, this person will need to be able to balance management duties with individual contributions while serving on the Director level leadership team.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a collaborative marketing team who has been successful in driving significant lead generation and revenue for a B2B SaaS brand.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns across platforms to drive high-quality leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Nurture leads through the conversion funnel to drive high quality MQLs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Client Services to create and optimize sales enablement campaigns
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to drive efficiencies within the team
  • Run regular tests to optimize conversion rates and identify new lead gen channels
  • Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting to the management team along with clear narrative and strategies for influencing those metrics
  • Create and manage the annual marketing budget driving towards the most effective CPA
  • Utilize market research to identify target addressable market and and proactively develop campaigns to reach that audience with the most relevant positioning
  • Develop and execute Go To Market strategy for new product releases
  • Establish and maintain successful outsourcer relationships.
  • Manage the Marketing team through weekly 1:1s and regular touchpoints
  • Design the future of the marketing department and hire the expanding team.
  • Develop quarterly business reviews highlighting the marketing team's success and learnings to be presented to the whole Company.
  • Engage and contribute as a member of the Director level management team

 

Qualifications And Skills

 

  • 7+ Years of Marketing Experience
  • 2+ Years leading a Marketing Team
  • 3+ Years of B2B SaaS Experience (HR Tech is a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Organized with ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passionate about marketing and management of an awesome team
  • Proven track record of developing happy people within their team
  • Creative problem solver with a 'make-it-happen' attitude
  • Motivated & results driven
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner - independently solve problems through research & hustle
  • Experimental & Analytical - You love analyzing a process, trying new things, and measuring the results in search of ways to improve a process

 

WHAT WE OFFER YOU: COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

 

  • Competitive salary. Salary range for candidates in Colorado: $100k-150k with opportunity for performance based bonus.
