Dispatcher/ Warehouse Coordinator

Job responsibilities
- Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
- Collaborate with managers and sales to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
- Maintain and update related documents
- Research for better outside trucking solutions

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Logistic experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

• Chinese (Required)

• Commerce, CA 90040: Relocate before starting work (Required)
