Our client, a large digital music, podcast, and video service, is looking to hire an Account Coordinator to join their team fully remote!

*** This begins as a 6-month contract, with an opportunity to extend at any time

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
2. Support process improvements, documentation, and implementation of best practices.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and project execution.
4. Assist with data analysis, reporting, and tracking key operational metrics.
5. Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and process documentation.
6. Help troubleshoot operational issues and recommend solutions.
7. Provide administrative support for the operations team as needed.

Skills And Experience:

1. Worked as a Media Coordinator or Media Content Coordinator and have at least one consecutive year of experience in managing content, content distribution, and working with system automation of content (e.g., content management systems).
2. 1+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Google Suite,, and project management tools (e.g., Coda, or Monday.com).
5. Basic data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with content management processes, including legal compliance considerations and system requirements for content distribution.
2. Familiarity with basic process automation tools.
