Our client, a premier skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics company based in San Diego, CA is seeking a YouTube Editor to craft captivating and high-quality content that reflects their brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit one video per week, ensuring a polished, engaging final product that aligns with brand standards
• Content Enhancement: Add graphics, animations, music, and other elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent visual and auditory brand identity across all videos
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, and founder to bring their vision to fruition
• Optimization: Prepare videos for upload, including formatting, metadata tagging, and thumbnail suggestions to optimize for YouTube algorithms
• Revisions: Respond to feedback and implement changes promptly to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of YouTube content (skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics is a plus)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Knowledge of YouTube video standards, trends, and best practices
• Creativity and attention to detail in visual storytelling
• Strong communication and organizational skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Compensation: $35-$60/hour (dependent on experience)
