Ignite Youth is looking for a creative and organized Youth Ministry Game Experience Designer to help create fun, clean, youth-group-friendly game packs and interactive experiences for churches and youth ministries. This role includes brainstorming stage game ideas, writing game instructions, creating question rounds, designing slides, and helping package complete downloadable game resources for youth pastors.

$17.00/hr starting · $18.00/hr after 6-month review

Key Responsibilities

1. Create youth-friendly stage game ideas for middle & high school students
2. Write clear game instructions for youth pastors and leaders
3. Build game rounds, questions, answers, tie-breakers, and host notes
4. Design title, question, answer, score, and instruction slides
5. Create downloadable game packs (PDF, PowerPoint, Canva, ZIP)
6. Ensure all content is clean, church-appropriate, fun, and easy to use
7. Organize games by category, theme, season, age group, and difficulty
8. Revise and improve packs based on leadership feedback
