We are looking to add an Influencer and Partnership Associate to our Yourgi team!

LOCATION : Remote (U.S. based), occasional travel

REPORTS TO: Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

PAY : $55,000 - $75,000/ annually

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assist in the planning and execution of influencer and UGC campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Research, identify, and reach out to potential creators and partners who align with Yourgi’s voice and values.
• Coordinate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and approvals for influencer and UGC collaborations.
• Support inbound and outbound partnership opportunities with pet-related brands, nonprofits, and events.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking campaign performance and collecting assets.
• Monitor trends in pet culture, influencer marketing, and content creation to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
• Partner with Social and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals across all content touchpoints.
• Build and manage Yourgi’s asset library of influencer, UGC, and partnership content.
• Other tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, and UGC (agency or in-house).
• Deep understanding of creator culture and influencer platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
• Strong project coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• A creative eye and passion for storytelling through social content.
• Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Google Workspace, and influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, etc.) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about pets, pet parents, and building community through meaningful relationships.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing past work related to influencer/UGC campaigns, affiliate, or brand partnerships. This can include campaign briefs, sample outreach, content examples, performance reports, or other relevant materials.
