MANUFACTURING

• Supervise designated shift production operations. Lead, direct, motivate and coach employees for the benefit of the company
• Ensure employees report to work centers assigned by Production Control or make adjustments to the assignments based on resource availability conditions
• Arrange for coverage in the case of employee absences. May perform functions of supervised employees in emergency and absentee situations.
• A minimum of 3 years’ of recent and related supervision experience within a unionized work environment
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred (applicable experience will be considered in the absence of a Degree
• Knowledge and/or experience about non-ferrous metals, a plus
