Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a WordPress Developer. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:

1. Extensive hands-on experience with WordPress customization and development.
2. Proficiency in PHP and front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
3. Strong understanding of SEO implementation and performance optimization.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles, from concept to deployment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What the Client Needs you to Do:

We are seeking a seasoned WordPress Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of dynamic web solutions. The ideal candidate brings both front-end and back-end expertise, with a strong track record of customizing WordPress to support scalable, high-performance websites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and templates to deliver polished, user-friendly websites.
2. Build and extend WordPress functionality through custom plugin development and modification of existing plugins.
3. Work directly with MySQL databases for data integration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
4. Manage and configure features within the WordPress Admin Console to support business needs.
5. Perform comprehensive cross-browser and device-size testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
6. Write clean, maintainable code using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
7. Implement and maintain SEO best practices across all projects to maximize visibility and search ranking.
8. Enhance website speed, performance, and scalability through effective optimization techniques.
9. Ensure mobile-responsive design principles are consistently applied across all web builds.
