Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and landing pages specifically tailored for service-based businesses. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to implement lead-generation strategies, ensure seamless user experiences, and continuously optimize performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Next.js preferred).
• Build and maintain lead generation landing pages with strong focus on UI/UX and performance.
• Integrate tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, CallRail) and optimize analytics.
• Implement SEO best practices (site speed, structured data, keyword placement, etc.).
• Maintain and update websites through CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow.
• Work closely with marketing team to align website messaging with active ad and SEO campaigns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Optimize websites for mobile performance and fast load times.
• Assist in A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
• Manage web hosting environments and website deployments when needed.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks a plus.
• Strong experience in WordPress (Elementor or similar builders), Webflow is a bonus.
• Familiar with Google Tag Manager, basic Google Analytics setup, and event tracking.
• Understanding of modern SEO standards, schema markup, and local SEO fundamentals.
• Experience creating landing pages optimized for conversions (especially in service industries).
• Comfortable working with small businesses and adapting sites for contractor/service niches.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus: familiarity with tools like Zapier, Calendly, HubSpot, or CRMs used in lead funnels.
