Job Purpose

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer with hands-on experience in UX/UI design, graphic design, and front-end web development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WebFlow and WordPress (including deployment on WPEngine, BlueHost, or similar platforms), and a solid understanding of modern design principles, user-centered design, and responsive web development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-conversion websites using WebFlow and WordPress
• Create visually compelling UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design and development solutions
• Implement branding elements including logos, typography, color schemes, and visual assets
• Customize and deploy websites on hosting platforms such as WPEngine, BlueHost, or equivalent
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring functionality and modern UX standards

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design and graphic design
• Proficiency in WebFlow and WordPress
• Experience deploying websites on WPEngine, BlueHost, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with responsive web development and user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
