We are seeking a highly skilled Website Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP, Python, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and HTML, along with a strong background in building dynamic, high-performance websites and web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, and maintaining web-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices in coding and security.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP/JavaScript
2. Implement and maintain shopping cart functionality, payment gateways, and product catalogs.
3. Design and implement scalable, back-end and front-end solutions.
4. Ensure responsive and optimized front-end and back-end performance.
5. Optimize website performance for SEO and user experience.
6. Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to ensure efficient data handling.
7. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
8. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design.
9. Work with APIs to integrate third-party tools (CRM, analytics, marketing).
10. Debug and troubleshoot performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and bugs.
11. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
12. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
13. Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
14. BI report designing

Requirements

1. 8+ years of professional experience in web development.
2. Strong expertise in PHP, Python, and HTML.
3. Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React, Vue.js).
4. Knowledge of database design, indexing, and optimization.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex e-commerce issues.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
2. Familiarity with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net).
3. Experience with Magento or similar Ecommerce platforms
4. Experience in integrating shipping & inventory management systems.
5. Experience with APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
6. Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
7. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
8. ERP software experience such as SAP or similar software
9. Familiarity with SSMS - SQL Server Management Studio
10. SQL Queries
11. Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or similar software
