Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Web Accessibility Specialist for a 2-month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing to work eastern (ET) hours. The Web Accessibility Specialist will be assisting in a large website overhaul and will play a key role in advancing digital inclusivity and compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accessibility audits, including manual testing of websites and pages
• Resolve accessibility issues
• Ensure WCAG compliance and implement ARIA best practices
• Collaborate with web teams and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Degree in communication, technology, or related
• 2+ years of web accessibility experience
• HTML/CSS skills
• Familiarity with content updates
• Experience using screen readers and assistive technologies tools (SiteImprove, WAVE, etc.)
• Familiarity with ARIA best practices
• Self-starter
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• IAPP certification a plus
