Job Duties:

• Oversee all warehouse operations and staff at our new 250 sq. ft warehouse
• Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with staff members
• Plan facility layouts or designs
   
• Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
• Review activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
• Interview, hire, and train employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraise performance
• Reward and discipline employees
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties
• Manage workforce to provide service that meets customer and business demands

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of Warehouse Management experience 
• Must have warehouse experience in temperature controlled warehousing
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Microsoft Office experience
• Forklift experience

  With several successful state-of-the-art warehouses across Canada, we are excited to add a brand new state-of-the-art warehouse in west Toronto, ON!!! This location will specifically focus on consumable goods: dry, fresh, and frozen.
