Gayer Farms Specialty Transport, Inc is looking for:

- Company VAC tank drivers. Based out of South Central, IN. Running early model 379 flattops with new 24 MAC vac tanks

- Midwest lanes originating out of Southern Indiana (IN, KY, OH, TN, MO, IL)

- 1 year vac experience required

- Need 3 years verifiable CDL Class A experience, must be age 24.5 and older, and clean MVR - NO EXCEPTIONS

- Pay is based off prior expierence

- If you have worked at more than 4 places in the last two years, you are NOT qualified for this position. We do not desire to have job hoppers. We want long term, successful drivers and pay to see that occur.

- Starts at 25% to 27% of the load (90 day trial period at this rate. After trial period is up 27% to 30% start)

- Pay increases as time with company is accured. Hence, we want guys to stay long term, take care of equipment, get nice equipment, get great pay, and great benefits. We aren't afraid to pay expierenced, committed drivers great pay

- $2000 to $2700 a week with vac'ing, IF you run your 3 to 5 loads a week. Yes that's per week, no it's not fabricated. Feel free to ask current drivers if those numbers are accurate. We don't hide details/lie about rates

- Direct deposit every Friday. Must work two weeks, then get paid on the 3rd week and every week thereafter

- Vac'ing is a waiting game. Patience is required. 90% of the time driver only does 3 to 5 loads a week

- Year end / performance bonuses given

- 40 hrs paid vacation, paid major holidays
