The Opportunity:

As a professional in Security Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Security Services performance.

As a member of the Global Travel Team, you will support travelers by responding to travel questions and providing guidance and interpretation of firm policies, government regulations, and best practices. You will continuously prioritize tasks, leverage strong communication and organizational skills, and apply a creative approach to problem solving to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

How You'll Contribute:

• Monitor Help Desk portal and distribute and action tickets according to pre-set guidelines
• Research and resolve traveler questions and concerns along with agent errors in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain Help Desk knowledge base articles and monthly dashboard
• Provide feedback and implement process improvements
• Support Global Travel Lead with supplier management functions for lodging and ground transportation
• Provide backup support across all travel functions

Tu as:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional travel support role
• Experience with data collection and reporting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
• Ability to use online travel booking platforms and industry specific software, including SAP Concur
• Ability to work independently and work off hours as needed
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow software systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt accordingly
• Possession of excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
