Must Have:

• 1 year of testing (material, lab environment, mechanical, etc.)
• Documentation of testing
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Excel experience

Day to Day:

• Working with Senior Test Engineers to test materials in the innovation sports footwear space
• You will test the product multiple times until it breaks
• Prepare samples, perform testing, analyze data, prepare written reports, and communicate results to the requestor
• The Test Associate for Future Capabilities team is responsible for providing technical details to define, develop and implement procedures for testing new products and developing technologies.

Plusses:

• JMP or other statistical softwares
• Understanding testing methods
• Experience help writing procedure
