Requirements

1. Willing and able to work full-time, on-site at our Lehi, Utah clinic

2. An active, unrestricted, compact RN or LPN license

What you'll do:

• Communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care.
• Assist with applicable medication refill requests.
• Assist physician with answering questions about medications both over the phone, and our online patient portal.
• Educate patients about health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records.
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

What We are Looking For

• Experience with outpatient EHR systems such as eclinicalworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show care and compassion for patients through phone calls, and online messages
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt as situations require.
• Ability to remain calm if patient becomes distressed.
