We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the development of user-friendly documentation across a range of products and features. You’ll work closely with internal teams to create help center content, how-to guides, release notes, and more—all designed to enhance the end-user experience and drive product adoption.

This is a fully remote role (California-based candidates only), with occasional travel for team events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
• Translate complex product and technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather information and verify technical accuracy
• Write clear and detailed release notes and feature announcements
• Maintain consistent tone, voice, and formatting across all content
• Organize and structure documentation to ensure clarity, usability, and discoverability
• Incorporate visuals such as screenshots, diagrams, and walkthroughs
• Solicit feedback from internal teams and end-users to continuously improve documentation
• Contribute to content strategy and process improvements across documentation efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a clear, concise communication style
• Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical users
• Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with HTML, Markdown, or other markup languages a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field preferred
• Occasional travel required for team collaboration
