Overview of the System Engineer

• Prepares recommendations for system improvements for management and user consideration.
• Provides technical assistance and advice on complex activities.
• Designs/defines specifications, develops/modifies/maintains complex systems and subsystems, using vendor engineering.
• Enable computer programmers to prepare required programs.
