Salary: $120K - $145K/yr d.o.e.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming principles)
2. Build and integrate services leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
3. Contribute to software architecture discussions and provide technical feedback to improve design and implementation
4. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate unfamiliar issues, propose solutions, and identify potential risks
5. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Qualifications

1. 3–4 years of professional development experience with C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL
2. Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, or MongoDB
3. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles
4. Familiarity with unit testing and performance/scale testing practices
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Nice To Have

1. Experience developing with Genesys Cloud or similar CX platforms
2. Experience building applications with .NET Blazor
3. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
