Serene Transactions Virtual Assistants is seeking a creative and dependable Social Media Marketing Contractor to strengthen our online presence and help us connect with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.

This is a fully remote, paid independent contractor project for someone who enjoys content creation, short-form video, social media engagement, and digital marketing. The contractor will develop and schedule consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn while helping Serene Transactions increase brand visibility, engagement, and qualified business inquiries.

This opportunity is ideal for a marketing student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience managing social media for a growing real estate support business.

The contractor will independently manage their work schedule while meeting established content, engagement, approval, and reporting deadlines.

Project Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
• Create and schedule content every day across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Schedule posts during platform-specific peak engagement periods
• Produce short-form video content for the majority of the week
• Publish daily content as Reels on both Instagram and Facebook
• Adapt content for LinkedIn using native video or another professional post format
• Write engaging captions, calls to action, hashtags, and on-screen text
• Create branded graphics, carousels, video covers, and promotional visuals
• Repurpose one core topic across all three social media platforms
• Research real estate, transaction coordination, and small-business content topics
• Engage meaningfully with relevant real estate agents and brokers
• Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and potential leads
• Escalate prospective client inquiries to the business owner
• Schedule approved content at least one week in advance
• Submit regular activity updates and monthly analytics reports
• Recommend content adjustments based on audience response and performance
• Support occasional email campaigns and digital promotional materials
• Maintain consistency with Serene Transactions branding, messaging, and professional standards

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Current student, recent graduate, or developing professional in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, graphic design, or a related field
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable producing and editing short-form videos and Reels
• Working knowledge of Canva or a similar graphic-design platform
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling tools
• Strong written communication, caption-writing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to create professional, engaging, and brand-consistent content
• Understanding of social media engagement and audience-building strategies
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Comfortable reviewing basic analytics and preparing performance summaries
• Reliable internet access and access to the equipment needed to complete the project
• Able to communicate professionally and respond to feedback
• Interest in real estate, entrepreneurship, professional services, or business-to-business marketing is preferred

Compensation

$525 to $675 per month

This is a paid independent contractor project. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, portfolio quality, short-form video skills, and the ability to independently manage the agreed project deliverables.
