Position Overview

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll lead WRG Associates’ digital presence across social platforms, creating and executing strategies that drive engagement, grow our following, and amplify our brand’s voice. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to content and messaging, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
2. Plan, produce, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adapting strategies based on data insights.
4. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions, building a community around our brand.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to create visually engaging content, with basic graphic design skills as a plus.
