Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, including digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Lead and manage cross-functional marketing, advertising, public relations, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Oversee demand generation marketing efforts to attract and convert prospects through targeted campaigns utilizing SEO, email marketing, social media advertising campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
- Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and inform strategic decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the creation of engaging content across platforms using content marketing techniques, copywriting skills, graphic design expertise via Adobe Creative Suite, and web development knowledge including WordPress and HTML.
- Implement marketing automation systems integrated with CRM platforms to streamline lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales enablement processes.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that support B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities ensuring optimal allocation of resources toward high-impact initiatives while maintaining ROI focus.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing (including Facebook Advertising), performance marketing, demand generation marketing, and cross-channel campaign management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, email marketing platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web content management systems like WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision making through web analytics reporting and performance metrics analysis.
- Excellent copywriting skills complemented by graphic design capabilities for creating compelling visual content.
- Knowledge of HTML coding fundamentals for website updates and enhancements.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects related to digital marketing campaigns for B2B audiences or e-commerce platforms.
