Position Type: Part-Time, with opportunity to transition to Full-Time after the training period

Pay Range: $18–25/hour, depending on experience and skills

Summary

Eagle DTF Print is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator & Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

The primary focus of this position is social media content creation and management. You will help create engaging content that showcases our products, production process, customer projects, and brand across social media platforms.

This role also includes customer support responsibilities, giving you direct insight into our customers, products, and industry while helping build a strong and consistent online presence.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media
• Create Reels, short-form videos, Stories, posts, captions, and promotional content
• Help manage Eagle DTF Print's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels
• Capture content featuring products, printing processes, customer projects, and behind-the-scenes operations
• Edit photos and videos for social media use
• Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars, campaigns, and promotional ideas
• Write engaging captions and copy consistent with Eagle DTF Print's brand voice
• Stay current with social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant content
• Monitor engagement and content performance and contribute ideas for growing our audience
• Help maintain a consistent brand image across our digital channels

Customer Support

• Communicate with customers through email, phone, and social media in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to product and order inquiries
• Assist customers with order updates and general product information
• Help troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate timely resolutions
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a high level of service

Qualifications

• Strong interest or experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or related work
• Comfortable creating photo and video content for social media
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video content
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation/editing tools is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and social media trends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a small team
• Previous professional social media experience is preferred but not required
