Salary: $29.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Service Technician - (Contract-To-Hire / Ramsey, NJ)

Client is an Industry leader in the Imaging Industry, specializing in Color Instrumentation and Light Measurement) located in Bergen County.

They are looking to hire a Service Technician paying $30.00 per hour and approved to convert to perm employee in 60-80 days.

Responsibilities
 

• Repair and service spectrophotometers, color meters, colorimeters, spectrodensitometers, luminance meters, illuminance meters, luminance color meters, and illuminance color meters.
• Calibrate color and light sensor instruments.
• Preparation and management of calibration certificates.
• Process service orders in Infor CRM (formerly Saleslogix CRM).
• Prepare calibration documents and conduct training courses for all KMSA products.
• Experience in answering technical support calls.
• Maintain workflow for multiple technicians.
• Ability to do field calibrations.
• Knowledge of Radiometric instruments
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers with instrument and software issues.
• Ability to travel and ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of ISO-17025 accreditation process
• Maintain ISO-17025 documentation.
   

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Strong organizational and communications skills, experience repairing electronic equipment, Good soldering skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
