As a Senior Web Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Drupal, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Drupal, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development efforts.
• Perform Drupal module selection, configuration, and customization based on project needs.
• Customize and extend Drupal core functionalities using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct thorough testing of web applications, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
• Deploy and manage web applications using Azure DevOps, including continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Implement and adhere to Agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proficiency in Drupal CMS, including Drupal 9 and/or Drupal 10, with a strong understanding of Drupal theming, module development, and configuration
• At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Web Developer with a strong focus on Drupal development.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile teams.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, with the ability to write efficient database queries.
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.
