About This Team
Store Dev real estate team supports physical store growth and portfolio management through various real estate & leasing actions. Reporting to the Senior Dir. of Real Estate, the Senior Real Estate Manager will support all real estate actions in an assigned area. In collaboration with the Sr Director of Retail Operations, they will develop the strategic market plan for the area. The Sr. RE mgr will be responsible for sourcing sites, processing for approvals, negotiating leases and supporting the opening of major capital projects. The successful candidate will be goal oriented to deliver on targets set while maintaining adherence to process and applicable timelines. This role will ensure understanding and compliance with Company and departmental policies/procedures and internal controls. This position will require travel with approximately 30-60% of the time being spent in the market.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $128,900 - $169,200annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
