Role Summary:

We are looking for an expert-level Product Manager to own and drive our SaaS applications for Amazon businesses. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and business teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will eventually build and lead a product team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS applications.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define features and enhancements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Define KPIs and measure product performance, ensuring continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing & sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
• Prioritize feature development based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Work with engineers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Drive product growth through data-driven decisions and user feedback.
• Build and lead the product team as the company scales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or Amazon-related tools.
• Strong understanding of Amazon businesses, FBA, PPC, seller analytics, and e-commerce trends.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech company.
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate business objectives into product features and user experiences.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and working with remote development teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bonus: Experience managing a product team or leading a department.
