We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategy Specialist for a full-time, fully remote position. Must have 7+ years of experience working for a life insurance, retirement, or annuities company. This is an absolute must-have so only candidates with this specific experience will be considered.

Salary is up to 95K with some flex depending on experience and qualifications. Must have experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, Excel, and Tableau. Must have B2B experience and must be able to work east coast hours.

The Senior Marketing Strategy Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage financial professionals and consumers, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand positioning. This cross-functional role involves collaboration across marketing, research, program development, and product innovation to create impactful initiatives tailored to target audiences.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related areas.
3. Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to act on data insights.
4. Proven experience partnering with sales teams to drive awareness and revenue.
5. Agile and adaptable, capable of pivoting strategies as needed.
6. Expertise in campaign planning, execution, and project management.
7. Experience with B2B/B2C segmentation and performance analysis.
8. Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
9. Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple programs.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
11. Flexible and receptive to feedback in fast-paced environments
