Join Our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Global Publications & Scientific Communications reporting to the Scientific Director under the Executive Director. Take on direct accountability for developing and executing strategic publication plans aligned with medical objectives. Track and align existing plans, educate the medical community on BeiGene products, and contribute to cross-functional scientific communication strategy. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and good publication practices.

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in medical communications within biotech/pharma or a medical communications agency
• Proficient English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Preferred experience in hematology/oncology or related therapeutic areas
• Knowledge of authorship guidelines, good publication practices, and global publications databases
• Ability to collaborate globally and understand disease states impacting the company.

Education & Certifications:

• Advanced scientific degree (MS, MD, PharmD, or PhD)
• CMPP Certification, ICMJE & GPP knowledge
• PC literacy with MS Office skills required
