Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java/J2EE and React.js.

Participate in solution architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features according to business requirements.

Lead technical discussions and work breakdown planning within an agile team.

Develop complex data integrations, migrations, and transformations across enterprise systems.

Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for performance-critical systems.

Support UAT and production readiness through configuration migrations, data loads, and issue triage.

Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through automated testing (JUnit), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and version control (Bitbucket).

Collaborate closely with business and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend:

6+ years of professional development experience in Java/J2EE technologies.

Strong experience with Spring Framework, JMS, Web Services (SOAP/WSDL), and XML.

Experience with SQL, database design, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with WebLogic Application Server and Linux environments.

Familiarity with integration middleware or ESB technologies such as iWay, Spring Integration, or Apache Camel.

Knowledge of OSGi containers (e.g., Apache Karaf).

Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns (file transfers, messaging, routing, transformation, enrichment, etc.).

Experience with Bitbucket, JUnit, and Jenkins for CI/CD automation.

Frontend:

Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.

Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Props, Redux, and Reducer framework.

Experience with TypeScript, Context API, and APIs like useQuery and useMutation.

Understanding of responsive design and performance optimization in React apps.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Kendo UI or similar UI frameworks.

Healthcare domain experience or exposure to PHI/PII-compliant systems.
