Classful.com is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on software development experience and a comprehensive understanding of modern frameworks and technologies, including React, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS/SASS, MySQL, and Linux-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:::

Frontend Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented CSS/SASS code.
• Implement dynamic, interactive features using jQuery or React.
• Optimize UI/UX for performance and responsiveness.

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Laravel.
• Work with MySQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end integration.

WordPress Development:

• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing WordPress websites.
• Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Act as Senior developer, mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, and advocate for their adoption.

Qualifications:::

Required Experience:

• Bachelors Degree/certification in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience with PHP, and WordPress.
• 5+ years of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Proficiency in CSS/SASS, and responsive design principles.
• Solid experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks including jQuery and React.
• Hands-on experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• Experience in Linux server environments, including basic administration and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of OOP principles and MVC architecture.
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Remote Work Requirements

• Permanently reside in the Las Vegas valley area (Las Vegas, Henderson, or North Las Vegas NV)
• Able to meet in office at least once a week
• Have reliable high speed internet connectivity
• A dedicate workspace free from distraction
